Submissions

The submission deadline has been extended.

All authors are required to upload their paper to the on-line paper submission system. Please prepare your paper in PDF format.

Submission Deadline: 29 March 2024.
Notification of paper acceptance will be sent via email to the corresponding author and speaker by 22 April 2024.

The submitted paper will either be accepted or rejected based on technical merits evaluated by peer reviewers. The accepted paper might be reassigned to an oral or poster presentation of appropriate topical session at the discretion of program committee.

Note: the presenter of each accepted paper must complete his/her registration and pay the registration fee by 15 June 2024 (Author Registration Due); otherwise the paper will be withdrawn from the proceedings publication.

 

Abstract / Summary

35-word Abstract
The 35-word abstract should be a brief summary of the work. If the submission is accepted for presentation, this 35-word abstract will be included in the Conference Program Book.

2-page Summary (up to 2 pages maximum)
The author must include all text, including the 35-word abstract, title, authors, equations, tables, photographs, drawings, figures, and references. The text may be typed either single-spaced or double-spaced. Refrain from use of asterisk, job descriptions, or footnotes.

A4, 8.27 in. x 11.69 in. paper (210 mm by 297 mm) with 1-inch margins (2.54 cm) on all sides
